I MPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING IMxBOX.COM REPAIR AND BUYBACK SERVICES:
1. IMxBox.com and Anthony Edward Unlimited LLC are NOT an authorized Microsoft service center. If you elect to have us service your xBOX system you must understand that Microsoft will not service your console at any future time once service has been done by us, or any third party repair company. The use of our service voids all other warranties on the xBOX system provided by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft will not service XBOX consoles for any fee that have been serviced by companies or people other than their own service centers. We are not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. If you wish to seek service from an authorized Microsoft service center, you must contact Microsoft or visit www.xbox.com for further information.
2. If you are under the age of 18, then you may not utilize the services (repair or buyback) of IMxBox.com without the consent of an adult.
3. IMxBox.com and Anthony Edward Unlimited LLC provide xBox repair services backed by a (90) day warranty. If your system requires additional servicing, for the specific repair that was completed, during the (90) day warranty period, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping charges to ship the xBox system to us. The unit will be serviced at no cost to the client and returned to the client at our shipping expense.
4. If you ship your unit to IMxBox.com for repair services and then decide not to have service work completed by IMxBox.com, then you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the unit. For clients located outside of the continental United States , there will be additional shipping charges for systems that are shipped back to clients. All shipments that include destinations outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (3-5 day delivery).
5. Our standard completion time for repairs is 24-48 hours (during the business week). ImxBox.com and Anthony Edward Unlimited LLC will not be held liable for repairs that take longer than the stated repair time estimates.
6. When the hard drive needs to be replaced, the client should assume that all saved data will be lost. It is the clients responsibility for removal of all files from hard drive before the unit is shipped for service.
7. IMxBox.com and Anthony Edward Unlimited LLC are not responsible for damage to systems that occurs during shipment to/from our offices. All claims for damaged shipments must be filed with the particular carrier for any damages that may occur.
8. All costs associated with shipping your xBox system to IMxBox.com, are the responsibility of the client.
9. IMxBox.com and Anthony Edward Unlimited LLC do not buyback xBox systems that have been modified in any way. If you ship a modified system to us for buyback, we will simply hold the unit until you provide the return shipping costs. Units abandoned for over 45 days become the property of IMxBox.com and Anthony Edward Unlimited LLC.
