1. We do not buy-back xBox systems that have been opened or modified in any way. It is simply too risky for our technicians to work on such systems due to safety concerns.
2. When shipping us your system, you need to include the power cord, av cord and at least one controller. These accessories must be in very good condition.
3. If selling us your xBox games they must be in the original jewel cases, have no scratches, play perfectly and must include the original instructions.
4. Your system should be well-packaged before sending to us (we prefer the original OEM carton if possible). Make sure that you include insurance on the shipment in case something happens to the unit on the way to us.
When we receive your unit, we will inspect it and put it on the test-bench for testing. A great condition, working system that includes all accessories will command the highest sales price (around $50 USD). A non-working system will obviously command a lower sales price (around $ 20 USD). You will receive a specific price estimate once we receive, inspect and test your unit.
We pay anywhere from $3 - $5 USD each for xBox game titles. The more popular the title, the more we are able to offer!
The cost to ship the unit and games to us is at your expense. We know that DHL Ground is the least expensive method for ground shipments within the continental US. For example, an xBox system (14 lbs) can be shipped from the Northwestern US to our location in New Jersey for around $10 USD.
We will send you a price quote for the sales price and if you agree with that price, we will cut you a check or pay you through PayPal within 4-6 hours (during regular business hours).
